POSITION OVERVIEW
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate proposal / prequalification preparation and submissions
- Track proposals submissions, successes, opportunities for improvement
- Update and maintain RFP Content and material (including CCDC11, photos, descriptions)
- Work with the Proposal lead to draft tailored content
- Content Creation
- Written, Graphic and Video content
- Set deadlines for content and manage
- Ensure client documents are downloaded and updated regularly, and a copy is sent to all proposal response team members.
- Demonstrate understanding of the solicitation document(s), identify response deliverables, establish submission schedules, and communicate responsibilities and accountabilities to the response team.
- Assist with Marketing Materials/events
- Support development of presentations, enewsletters, and other internal and external communications and documentation.
- Create/update employee resumes and project sheets as needed
- Share lessons learned and always looking for ways to improve on performance
WHAT YOU BRING
- 25 years of experience in proposal writing
- University degree in English, business, marketing or related
- Experience and proficiency in proposal software including Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with shared goals.
- Ability to perform in a fastpaced/agile environment with competing priorities and capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
- The ability to manage proposals and internal projects in a deadlineorientated environment.
- Strong English language and writing skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content.
