    The Opportunity – Scrum Master (hybrid or remote available)

    In this role and team, you will be reporting to the Vice President, Technology and building out Ziing's tech stack. You will be utilizing bleeding edge technology and building products that are driven bygenerative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

    As the Scrum Master, you will lead and manage the delivery of technology products. You will be responsible for managing projects in an agile development environment, ensuring that all project goals are met within the constraints of time, budget, aZnd scope. You will have experience managing projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

    Main Duties

    · Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology products using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

    · Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of deliverables.

    · Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure project requirements are met.

    · Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.

    · Continuously assess project progress and adapt project plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

    · Ensure all project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes are up-to-date and readily available to stakeholders.

    · Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.

    What We Are Looking For

    · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    ·5+ years of experience in Agile project management, specifically in delivering technology products.

    · Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    · Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

    · Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product development principles.

    · Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    · Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Our Head Office is in Calgary, and we offer a hybrid-flex work arrangement. Alternatively, this position is eligible for fully-remote within any region in Canada.
