_We're adding a
full-time, permanent 3rd Party Business Manager to our growing team at our Guelph, Ontario Head Office.
Don't live in Guelph? That's okay This role is hybrid and you will only be required in the office 1 day a week.

As a 3rd Party Business Manager, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients.
You will ensure clients' needs are met in a timely manner, maintain a well-organized appointment schedule, and recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities.

What you will do:
- Identify gap in 3rd party processes and insurance billings, working with OHIP, WSIB, WorkSafe BC, among private insurance companies
- Mentor and guide our hearing centres to adopt new processes and projects, training current and new employees on insurance billings
- Maintain awareness of marketplace trends that effect industry as well as legal, political and regulatory trends
- Be the main pointofcontact for all thirdparty vendors
- Analyze, report and maintain vendor and billings database
- Troubleshoot third partyrelated issues at the clinics with regards to billing portals & access, under/overpayments in conjunction with finance as required
- Determine potential risks to business and escalate as required to Senior Clinical Operations Manager
- Other related duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in the healthcare industry bonus points if it is in the hearing healthcare industry
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
- Ability to influence with and without direct management/authority
- Proven ability to drive a crossfunctional team that produces value
- Experience with claims regulatory requirements (ADP, WSIB, NIHB, ODSP, etc)
- Strong coaching, mentoring and guiding skills in order to provide successful training and leadership
- Ability to travel locally and across Canada as required
