- Report to the Chief Instructor.
- Provide quality vehicle instruction to students, following AMA's instruction requirements and customer service standards.
- Provide constructive feedback on student drivers' ability, helping them to develop the confidence and skills necessary to become licensed, safe drivers for life.
- Responsible for Student scheduling and submission of required daily paperwork.
- Follow Alberta Transportation guidelines and policies for Driving Instructors.
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- You have the ability to obtain or currenty hold a Class 1, 2, or 4 Alberta Operator's License.
- You have either professional driving experience or experience instructing others.
- You have a proven track record of helping others and the ability to share your knowledge.
- You proudly boast a clean driver's abstract.
- You have excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, neat appearance.

In this position, AMA would provide the classroom and in-vehicle training required to receive a Class 5 Instructor License so you have the ability to help us effectively deliver our Driver Education programs. If you have a strong desire to turn students into safe drivers for life and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others, we're interested in talking with you.
This full-time position is based in Calgary out of AMA's Main Centre. You will be supplied an AMA Instructor Vehicle to provide student lessons.
