As the Project Manager, you are the heartbeat of our largest account. You will sit at the center of a 50+-person multidisciplinary team, ensuring that complex campaigns move from ideation to execution without a hitch.

This isn't a role for a passive observer. We need a high-energy, assertive "driver" who can navigate the nuances of creative personalities while maintaining a militant adherence to deadlines. You are the guardian of the workback schedule and the primary filter for internal chaos. When things go off the rails, you are the one who gets everyone back in their lane—politely, but firmly.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

responsibilities:

• Master Scheduling: Build and maintain rigorous workback schedules for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring every stakeholder knows their "drop-dead" dates.
• The "Enforcer" Loop: Conduct daily check-ins and follow-ups. You aren't afraid to hunt people down to ensure deliverables are met.
• Meeting Command: Own the calendar. You will book, facilitate, and recap all internal and select client meetings, ensuring "next steps" are never left ambiguous.
• Resource Management: Monitor the bandwidth of 50+ team members, identifying bottlenecks before they become crises and reallocating resources in real-time.
• Client Interface: Act as a professional, organized point of contact for the client regarding timelines, status reports, and project health.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work passing through the pipeline has met the necessary internal approvals before hitting the client's desk.

qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a fast-paced media or creative agency.
• Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in PM software (e.g., Asana, , Jira, or Smartsheet).
• The "Assertiveness" Factor: A proven track record of managing large teams and the ability to hold senior leadership accountable.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. You can translate "internal speak" into professional, polished client updates.
• You don't wait for a briefing; you go find the information you need.
• You are the person whose inbox is at zero and whose calendar is color-code
• You remain the calmest person in the room during high-pressure client calls.
