Description

• Lead all testing efforts for our cloudbased MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Define, determine, and document testing methodologies and test strategies for the ERP project.
• Ensure all testing is planned, executed, and delivered in accordance with clients' best practices, and to our quality standards while meeting tight deadlines.
• Translate business, technical, and functional requirements into detailed test plans, test suites, and test cases, and execute test scenarios that would guarantee maximum coverage.
• Be an integral part of the project core team in providing data, functional, integration, and regression, testing.
• Proactively identify bugs, seek resolution, and maintain testing schedule.
• Track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test statuses.
• Ensure all identified risks from testing are escalated and mitigated appropriately.
• With handson testing, detect, isolate, reproduce, track defects, and verify fixes.
• Develop and execute test cases and test scripts for endtoend system testing.
• Analyze test results and make confident decisions and recommendations.
• Efficiently execute system and user acceptance testing, document all testing results, and ensure that defects are recorded and tracked.
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

• Handson experience with Microsoft GP or AX 201
• Extensive functional knowledge in core Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Exposure to Field Service Apps
• Microsoft O365, Teams, and SharePoint
• Azure DevOps

• Agile or Iterative delivery
• Oracle JDE
• Familiarity with financial concepts
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications highly desirable including: o MB310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
• MB300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations

• Minimum 5 years in QA role; with 3+ years as ERP consultant.

• Detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking, and self-organized skills
• Ability to learn multiple software programs.
• Great communication skills & and ability to work well independently or with others.
• Motivated and selfdisciplined
• Able to legally work in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technology discipline

• Mississauga, ON L5R 4B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• 5 years of QA experience with 3 years in ERP Financial modules
• Great plains or AX 2012 experience in AP, AR, GL modules

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
