We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Duties:

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, discuss issues, and make decisions
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with vendors and thirdparty providers as needed for project execution
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and achieve consensus among stakeholders
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as SharePoint, Jira, and Salesforce
• Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development projects
• Experience in requirements management and gathering techniques
• Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships
