BODY SHOP MANAGER ASSISTANT
Carstar is looking for an Assistant Manager. The Body Shop Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Body Shop while also maintaining superb customer service
JOB DUTIES
Examine damaged vehicles and write accurate estimates for parts and repairs
Oversees and manages the workflow in the shop
Support manager and employees in achieving location goals
Work closely with Butler Dealership
Provide quality work
Responding to inquiries in a timely manner
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have appraisal experience
Management experience
Complete understanding of the collision repair process including physical repair work, estimating, billing, insurance and customer service
Driver's License would be an asset
