Description
Platinum Transfer Inc. is an emergency decedent transfer company.

We are responsible for taking the recently deceased into our care, and transporting to a designated location, such as a funeral home.


Team Lead


The Team Lead is responsible for building a culture of professionalism, integrity, and high service standards while leading by example.

Team Leads will manage and coordinate day-to-day planning, oversee the operations and problem-solving for a team of Decedent Transfer Drivers as well as maintain an open line of communication for our clients to ensure they understand our commitment & dedication.


Fleet & Equipment Management
Regular vehicle maintenance - oil changes, seasonal tire changes, weekly disinfection, and inspections

Storage Locker up-keep & inventory (ensuring supplies are requested when required - From Sheri)

Ensure windshield chip repair is being maintained

Inspect Stretchers & other equipment to ensure it is in working order

Grease equipment as required


People Management
Scheduling - completing driving teams' schedule at least 2 weeks in advance

Team Development - training team on procedures, policies & equipment to ensure consistency between team members

Retention - providing positive feedback, encouraging a supportive team environment,

Front-line management for driving team, conflict resolution

Recruitment - foreshadowing team needs, screening, interviewing & hiring


Communication


Ongoing communication link between the front-line team and management, distribute & explain documents to the team, provide information & documents to Sr.

Management (Head Office) in a timely manner, work in conjunction with all involved to resolve customer issues if they arise


Sr. Management Communication
Overseeing driving team's individual's performance - documenting, creating a plan of resolution in conjunction with HR/Sr. Management and determine what follow-up is required

Gathering & providing information for performance reviews

Weekly updates to Sr. Management (Head Office) on any successes, challenges, team turn-over, new hires, equipment concerns, customer feedback etc.


Company Development


Submit ideas & solutions based on observations and analysis for service issues, product and process development, team development & training, identifying new opportunities for growth, new client suggestions etc.

Other duties as required & agreed upon.


Salary - Monthly base wage $1000 + $40-$50/transfer (Depending upon Experience)
