Description

Our company is looking for a System Implementation Project Manager to help with a conversion from NAVISION to Microsoft BC365.

The Implementation Project Manager will plan, develop, liaison, capture, and manage the project activities to successfully implement our project.

They will direct and manage project development and implementation from initiation to project close-out.

Developing, coordinating, and executing a production readiness plan to support project launch.


Responsibilities for implementation project manager

Develop and Create:

  • Plan and execute during the implementation of the project schedule, detailed work plans, project estimates, and resource plans including the determination and acquisition of needed resources.
  • Prioritize process, including collecting and tracking initiative change requests, facilitate business prioritization meetings, and provide guidance on the overall process.
  • Comprehensive project documentation; develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Manage, Coordinate and Support:

  • Work team activities, risks, and commitments within the constraint of time, cost, and quality while maintaining an intense focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Propose recommendations to mitigate risk effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Liaise with IT and multiple designates to ensure system integration requirements are developed, tested, and approved, communicating project expectations in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Status updates on timelines, deliverables, risks, delays, and impacts; flag any roadblocks or issues for resolution and trouble shoot problem areas.

Go Live:

  • Ensure the successful completion of the project on schedule (meeting timelines) and within budget.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or certificate from an accredited/recognized university/college in Computer Science and or Account/Finance.
  • 5+ Years of demonstrated practical and related experience as a Project Manager leading complex, transformational projects/programs that touch on various areas of the business
  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Dynamics Business Central including NAV, Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point
  • Moreadvanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Word, and Sharepoint skills a must.
  • Superb analytical and problemsolving skills to define requirements, analyze rigorous processes, and provide creative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation/presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to express goals, strategies, and concepts.
  • Superior organizational, planning, time/workload management, risk identification and mitigation capabilities to plan and execute activities with generally defined goals; reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
