Job summary
We re looking for a hard-working eager to learn individual to join our team.The machine operator is responsible for operating the equipment efficiently to meet productivity and product quality performance objectives demonstrate a positive attitude and open-mindedness in order to optimize teamwork. This individual must have industrial mechanic competencies and be able to learn how to adjust troubleshoot repair and operate machinery in the facility. The job includes tasks such as operating all consoles making required adjustments ensuring production of products according to production schedule using different tools or equipment ensuring proper functioning of equipment performing preventive maintenance coordinating execution of tasks within team providing staff training ensuring that each procedure is respected identifying issues improving quality standards actively participating in production meetings sharing relevant information cleaning premises equipment maintaining work environment clean safe collaborating with production team optimizing manufacturing process working continuously improvement mode eliminating problems at source.
