- Sales of RBC Canadian Open & CPKC Women's Open Tournaments (70%)
- Receive inbound and place outbound calls and emails relating to ticket sales and service.
- Proactively sell ticket products including daily ground tickets, weekly passes, group tickets, premium upgrades, and promotional offers.
- Support group sales initiatives targeting corporate clients, community groups, charities, schools, and sports organizations.
- Work independently to generate outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to create new business and grow existing accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of ticket buyers, providing timely follow‑up and exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with repeat buyers to drive retention and upsell opportunities. \
- Support clients through the full sales lifecycle, from inquiry to post‑event follow‑up.

- Track and add payments.
- Report and invoice.
- Support sales and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipelines within CRM and Ticketmaster systems.
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance against targets.
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasts, and post‑event recap analysis.
- Assist with ticket fulfillment, delivery, and issue resolution in collaboration with ticket operations.
- Support the execution of ticketing promotions, offers, and sales campaigns.
- Assist with communication and support customers in our mobile ticketing initiatives.
- Other Duties (10%)
- Special assignments as required.
- Work with professional championships & sales teams to manage on‑site corporate hospitality customer requirements for Canadian Opens.
- Work closely with Ticket Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Hospitality teams to align sales efforts.
- Work with manager of ticket operations and service to learn the back‑end of the TM Archtics system and work the phone queue during busy periods.
- Support sales operations interns and seasonal staff as needed during peak sales periods.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and mentorship.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, ticketing, sponsorship, or customer service (sports or live events preferred).
- Experience using Ticketmaster Archtics, CRM systems, or sales platforms.
- Background in sports, entertainment, or live events.
- Familiarity with the GTA corporate and group sales market.
- Interest in pursuing a long‑term career in sports sales or commercial leadership.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including professional phone, interpersonal, and email communications.
- Strong decision‑making and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Customer service and sales/marketing/telemarketing experience considered an asset.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Golf knowledge or experience is not required but passion and interest in the game and Golf Canada's mission is a plus.

- Gérer un portefeuille d'acheteurs de billets en assurant un suivi ponctuel et un service client exceptionnel.
- Établir de solides relations avec les acheteurs réguliers afin de stimuler leur fidélité et les occasions de ventes plus rentables.
- Soutenir la clientèle tout au long du cycle de vente, de la demande d'achat au suivi après l'évènement.
- Aider à atteindre et à dépasser les cibles de recettes individuelles et d'équipe.

- Affectations spéciales sur demande.
- Collaborer avec les équipes chargées des championnats professionnels et des ventes afin de gérer les demandes des clients en matière d'hospitalité d'entreprise sur les sites des omniums canadiens.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'opération de billetterie, de marketing, de partenariats et d'hospitalité afin d'harmoniser les efforts de vente.
- Collaborer avec le gestionnaire des opérations et du service de billetterie afin de se familiariser avec le fonctionnement interne du système TM Archtics et gérer les appels téléphoniques pendant les périodes de forte affluence.
- Appuyer les stagiaires des opérations de vente et le personnel saisonnier au besoin pendant la période de pointe des ventes.
- Acquérir continuellement de nouvelles connaissances du produit et des compétences de ventes grâce à la formation et au mentorat.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en ventes, billetterie, commandite ou service à la clientèle (dans le domaine du sport ou des évènements en direct de préférence).
- Expérience de l'utilisation des systèmes Ticketmaster Archtics ou CRM, des plateformes de vente.
- Antécédents dans le domaine du sport, du divertissement ou des évènements en direct.
- Connaissance du marché des ventes d'entreprise ou de groupe dans le Grand Toronto.
- Intérêt pour une carrière à long terme dans les ventes ou la direction commerciale dans le domaine du sport.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et administratives.
- Excellentes compétences en communications verbales et écrites.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle, avec maîtrise professionnelle parfaite des communications téléphoniques, interpersonnelles et par courriel.
