In this role, reporting to the Marketing Leader, you'll be part of a cohesive marketing team that collaborates with DIALOG Partners and Associates. How you'll make a difference:

Champion development and delivery of RFPs/RFQs and other promotional materials for the Vancouver Studio.

Oversee and facilitate proposal delivery for Vancouver studio from research and kick-off to interview, debrief and close-out.

Work with multi-stakeholder teams, including internal partners and external sub-consultants, to lead pursuit strategy and develop successful proposals, while maintaining a high standard and driving accountability.

Write engaging non-technical portions of the proposal and ensure writing communicates the DIALOG Why. Engage with project team members to ensure content is cohesive and highlights our unique value propositions.

Review and edit content to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and emphasis on compelling visual layout and written narrative.

Contribute to and maintain CRM and perform closeout activities.

Passionate about architecture, city building and/or design.

Qualifications and experience:

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Five (5) years of related experience. AEC industry experience is an asset.

Experience in proposal writing, or other written editorial disciplines.

Advanced communications skills with a demonstrated ability in partnership-building.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
