Your Opportunity
Our Oakville office is looking for an
Administrative Professional to join our Indirect Tax team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support within the National Indirect Tax Group
  • Coordinate client acceptance, conflict checks, Workday customer and project setup, Caseware setup, and preparation of engagement letters, master service agreements and statements of work
  • Conduct and document related indirect tax research
  • Communicate with tax authorities to obtain information, complete registrations, validate information, or answer their requests for information
  • Assist with electronic and paper filing of returns
  • Effectively communicating internally on various indirect tax matters
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with other staff members and partners Provide additional administrative support, as required

Y our experience and education**- You have a minimum of 3 years' previous related experience Degree or Diploma in Business or Administration is an asset

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills You are proficient with MS Office.
  • Experience with Caseware and Workday is an asset
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
