Job Overview

The Animation Team Lead will provide critical support to the Project Lead/Production Manager in overseeing work quality and deadlines for their team. They will help validate team members' work, coach them when needed, and oversee parts of the game development process.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on tasks related to deliverables;
• Represent your team effectively;
• Organize meetings with your team;Familiarize yourself with the game's story, gameplay mechanics (game design documents), technical/artistic constraints to lead/coach your team effectively; < li > Draft regular progress reports for management on your project’s advancement while recommending corrective measures if necessary < li > Anticipate potential conflicts within teams & suggest solutions to management as required; < l i > Act as a mentor within technical & artistic aspects for teammates where required;< /l i >< br/>Take part in performance assessments collaboratively with supervisors.
