Job summary
We're looking for a Customer Experience & Admin Coordinator who can support our sales warehouse delivery teams while ensuring every customer interaction is positive.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in person handle phone inquiries with professionalism care.
- Accurately enter customer orders manage updates prepare pick lists for warehouse assist with delivery coordination create invoices manage filing systems maintain accurate order records using Microsoft Word Excel support day-to-day administrative operations jump in help teammates contribute wherever needed.
