Homestay Recruiter

This is a flexible, part-time role (approximately 15–30 hours per week) with variable hours that may increase during peak season. As an hourly Host Family Recruiter at EF Toronto, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with local families and ensuring our students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and comfortable homestay experience.

• You will travel across the GTA to assess host family homes and to mirror the student experience.
• Your responsibilities include calling potential host families from our database of enquiries arranging suitable times to visit potential host families assessing homes to ensure they meet EF's accommodation standards supporting Host Families in filling out application form and other relevant paperwork spot checking visits to current Host Families throughout the year
