    Description
    Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through to completion. Utilizes resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure it meets the business requirements, internal or external stakeholders are satisfied and it meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.

    · Assists with the planning and administration of projects from initiation through to completion to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction. Such as RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires.

    · Assists with the coordination of resources to ensure effective project execution.

    · Monitors the project plan obligations regarding specifications, quality, and timeframes as project progresses.

    · Is a key point of customer contact and delivers superior customer service.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    · 1-3 years' experience managing customer guided projects involving internal and external stakeholders

    · Ability to manage customer expectations

    · Using your time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines and competing customer priorities

    · Ability to communicate directly with technical and operational teams at all levels

    · Strong attention to detail

  • Education Required: Bachelors Degree, or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience Required: At least 1 year in Information Security or Technical Writing position

    • Special Qualifications:

  • Certification and effectiveness in desktop project management tools including Excel, Microsoft Planner, etc..
