    Director of Client Engagement and Business Growth

    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client engagement and business growth initiatives in the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the consulting engineering market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business development and client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead business development efforts in the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario region.
    • Identify, pursue, and develop new client relationships and business opportunities.
    • Maintain active intelligence on upcoming construction projects, tenders, and procurement opportunities across relevant markets.
    Average workweek for this job is 35 hours/week with overtime sometimes included. Also always at least one other day off during week/day offs vary according to needs)
    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Technical Skills:

    This role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geology, as well as at least five years' experience in professional services.
