Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems.
• Creating, organizing and maintaining files (both physical and digital).
• Drafting and preparing correspondence.
• Responding to client inquires in a prompt manner.
• Assisting other team members as required.
• Managing reception as and when required.
• Participating in marketing activities.
• Basic office cleaning.
• Receiving and filing customer payments.
