SERVICE ASSOCIATE, PERSONAL INSURANCE ROLE DUTIES:
The Service Associate plays a key role within the Personal Insurance department working closely with Client Advisors on tasks such as reviewing insurance applications providing input into accurate data entry process renewals policy changes cancellations reinstatement recording communicating billing client accounts along maintaining strong relationships with brokers All roles require computer literacy excel word skills ability manage prioritize workload upon recognition experience office environment desirable additionally experience software asset may be beneficial.
