We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our highly rated team.

• Greeting customers, evaluating their needs, documenting services to be performed
• Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone
• Creating repair estimates using material cost and labour rates
• Delegating repairs to the appropriate technician
• Schedule appointments
• Create work orders and invoices
• Verify incoming parts match ordered product
• Sell estimated services and repairs based on customer concerns

Salary: 45,000 to 65,000 based on experience
