The Marketing Coordinator builds the Romex North America brand and drives leads into the business by supporting the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan and strategies.
S/he does so through focused content creation (digital and print), executing and measuring campaigns, conducting market and prospect research, providing reports, building our social media presence and keeping up-to-date with the industry's latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities.
The job requires:
- 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Graphic design experience & education a bonus.
- Marketing Degree, Marketing Certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
- Savvy with all current social media platforms.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
The job duties include:
- Provides input on which industry related tradeshows, industry events, etc. to attend.
- Manages the cataloguing of all project content (photographs, videos, testimonials, etc.).
- Aids in the creation of content for the website.
- Coordinates with the outsourced digital marketing team to ensure the results are meeting expectation, problem solves if off track, oversees that updates are made to the website.
- Creates copy for and sends the semimonthly newsletter monitoring associated key metrics.
- Aids in the creation of company literature (digital and print), signage, webinars, presentations and more per the marketing plan and as requested by Sales Team members.
- Creates visual concepts for promotional activities.
- Coordinates with the ROMEX Germany graphic design team as required for digital and physical content creation.
- Creates copy and visuals for and posts on social media accounts as directed by the marketing plan including video and drone footage.
- Acts as the contact point for and distributes online leads to appropriate Sales Team members.
- Prepares weekly, monthly and annual marketing reports to measure program success (e.g. campaigns, social media, etc.).
- Creates, manages and shares the marketing calendar.
- Provides market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Supports the VP Business Development to develop and implement short and longterm marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
- Executes marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget.
- Provides assistance and communicates the marketing plans, strategies, competitive research, forecasts and more to the Sales team in order to achieve the company's goals.
- Keeps all sales & marketing collateral available for use by coordinating requirements with graphic designers, inventorying stock, placing orders, etc.
- Researches competitive products, companies, industry trends and provides this information to the VP Business Development and the Sales Team.

$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
