Job Description:


  • Fiix is on the hunt for a marketing campaign manager to join the SaaS marketing team.
This position will lead the planning, implementation and measurement of the 1:
many outbound program and inbound nurture experience.

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, SaaS Marketing, this role is a perfect fit for someone seeking opportunities for professional growth that builds on their aptitude to innovate and analyze to drive results that positively moves the needle on SQO, pipeline creation and ARR.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with product marketing to build out buyer's journey, target audience personas and verticalized GTM strategy.
  • Lead the strategy, planning and scaling of the 1:many outbound campaigns, in collaboration with sales and marketing, including all aspects of project briefing, development, enablement, deployment, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team on the planning, development deployment, and measurement of inbound lead nurture and disposition campaigns.
  • Partner with the inhouse content team to generate and curate relevant content across multimedia formats to drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across multichannel campaigns.
  • Lead the development of webinars and experiential programming to deepen prospect engagement and education across common pain points, personas, and verticals.
  • Work with marketing operations for seamless deployment, tracking and measurement across all campaign and program activity.
  • Develop a reporting framework to measure the influence of marketing campaigns and programming on SQO, pipeline creation and ARR growth.
  • Track campaign budgets and performance for ongoing ROI optimization.
  • Continually test and analyze data to understand and optimize conversion metrics at each funnel stage to improve impact across all touchpoints of the prospect experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • You have 57 years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns that demonstrates your ability to think strategically and translate that into effective planning, implementation, and program measurement in a B2B software environment.
  • You have successfully worked alongside sales, demand generation, product marketing, content, and opps teams and have an exceptional ability to foster relationships, build trust and communicate effectively.
  • You are a pro at creating, implementing, and measuring integrated/automated marketing campaigns, including nurture programs, across digital and traditional channels from the ground up.
  • You are an analytical, datadriven marketer that understands how to mine for insights and translate them into contextual, valueadd prospect experiences.
  • You are a fanatic when it comes to implementing best practices for campaign intake, planning, and execution in partnership with a marketing operations team
  • You know how to plan and track your spending to come in on budget.
  • You can effectively work on your own and in a team environment that is fastpaced with tight deadlines that often require flexibility and problem solving on the fly.
  • You have a highly detailoriented project management style, with followthrough skills your teammates can always count on.
  • You are familiar with all or most of our tech stack: ClickUp SFDC, Pathfactory, Drift, Marketo, Outreach, Prolifiq.
