CSS Styling Assistance Needed

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced CSS developer to help enhance our website's styling.In particular, I have 4 web forms that display fine when I am logged in, but don't look good when I am logged out.
This is the way the plugin is set up.I just need help styling the form that shows up when a user isn't logged in so that it looks like the one for registered users.
