    What you'll do
    It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

    • Partners with regional leaders (AVPs & District Managers) to develop a 1 to 2-year people strategy aligned with their business strategy
    • Facilitates workforce planning, succession, promotion and talent movement discussions (AVPs & District Managers)
    • Influences business strategy and outcomes within their businesses through data-based insights and recommendations
    • Provides strategic advice and counsel to regional leaders (AVPs & District Managers) providing recommendations on key talent programs to the Manager of HRBP Field.
    • Partners with the business and COEs to deliver change readiness and implement talent initiatives driving organization effectiveness
    • Builds organization capability and cultivates culture by influencing the alignment of strategy, culture, talent practices and behavior to execute future growth plans and enhance the overall Associate experience
    • Assesses and responds to complex situations and provides strategic and innovative solutions to drive results and adoption of core HR solutions.
    • Supports the transition and onboarding of critical regional talent (District Manager & above).

    What you'll need
    To begin your career with us, we require the following:

    • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or related program or equivalent; HR designation is an asset
    • 5 to 7 years HR business partner experience
    • Strong working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines, including talent and performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations and relevant employment legislation
    • Strong business knowledge and acumen with the ability to act as a collaborative partner with senior management and positively influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the Company
    • Excellent management skills including organizational, facilitation, negotiating skills including conflict management; strong ability to manage time and prioritize multiple priorities and maintain high sense of urgency
    • Strong communication skills interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization
    • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills with proven ability to leverage data and analytics to enable decision making
    • Demonstrated ability to be creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a solution-focused attitude
    • Strategic thinking and collaborative skills including negotiation, interviewing, information gathering and active listening skills
    • Strong ability to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks
    • Highly collaborative, energetic and flexible with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, while keeping those involved apprised of developments
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately manage highly sensitive information
    • Willingness and ability to travel regionally (car and air), valid driver's license required.
