We're looking for a Risk & Compliance Advisor to join our growing team. Are you curious or a strategic thinker with a passion for risk management? Join our dynamic Claims Department as we expand our national team, dedicated to safeguarding our organization and our clients. We are seeking an innovative Risk Management Advisor to work across all lines and departments,fostering collaboration with Claims ,IT,and various risk governance teams both internally and externally.In this pivotal role,you will be at the forefront of identifying assessing and mitigating risks ensuring robust and resilient operational frameworks.If you're ready to make a significant impact on a national scaleand drive initiatives that influence diverse aspects of the businesswe invite you to apply and be part of our journey towards excellence in risk management.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a control validation framework methodology and activities including working with key stakeholders to problem solve through root cause analysisand provide input on setting up appropriate processes & controls within key projects
- Develop remediation action plans to address issues identified through ongoing control validationand audits monitor progress toclosure.
