About the Role

We're looking for a skilled video editor to help create engaging, high-quality content for a fast-growing pickleball brand, Her Pickleball Playbook.

This role includes editing both long-form and short-form videos designed to educate and improve players.

If you have experience editing sports or instructional content and know how to keep videos clear, dynamic, and engaging — we'd love to hear from you.

Content Types

• Long-form videos: 4–12 minutes (YouTube + Skool)
• Short-form videos: 20–60 seconds (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

What You'll Do

• Edit coaching and instructional footage into polished, engaging videos
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, and visual overlays to highlight key teaching points
• Create short-form cuts from long-form footage
• Ensure videos are optimized for each platform (aspect ratios, pacing, hooks)
• Maintain consistent style and branding

Requirements

• Experience editing sports and/or educational videos
• Strong understanding of short-form pacing and retention
• Ability to add clean captions and on-screen graphics
• Reliable turnaround times and good communication
• Portfolio with relevant examples

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with pickleball or racquet sports
• Experience editing for creators or online courses

Project Details

• Ongoing work for the right fit
• Flexible volume (batch editing preferred)
