Full Time Security Guard position (Competitive hourly rate + Benefits package) in the
Goderich area, near
Amberley.

  • Up to date/valid Security license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services;
  • Mechanical aptitude;
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Up to date/valid CPR/First Aid certificate;
  • Full G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Patrol areas and respond to alarms, threats, and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Identify and report any security issues
  • Provide a professional level of customer service
  • Monitor CCTV and various security systems
Maintain a basic understanding of mechanical equipment and provide basic troubleshooting and resolution efforts with Facility Services

  • Computer literate and able to write daily, shift and incident reports
  • Follow emergency communication procedures, site protocols and post orders

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift

Experience:


  • Security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Ontario Security Guard License (preferred)
  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
