Job summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to the Director, Coordinators, and program teams. They will coordinate schedules, organize meetings, book rooms, track metrics for distribution and reports. Duties may include maintaining inventories, interacting with other departments on behalf of the program.
