Kingswood Dentistry is looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our established practice in Bedford West – Kingswood, Nova Scotia ABOUT KINGSWOOD DENTISTRY As a modern dental office that is in the fast-growing area of Bedford-Hammonds Plains, we are busy practice with a lot of new patient growth. We build strong relationships with our patients based on trust and a feeling of comfort in our offices. As a team, we strive to continuously provide exceptional dental and dental hygiene care and an outstanding patient experience. We keep our skills sharp with regular team-centered continuing education opportunities and consider teamwork to be a key factor in our success ABOUT YOU:
    • You are professional, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • You are a quick learner, enthusiastic, and patient-oriented.
    • You possess excellent customer service skills (written + verbal + computer literate).
    • You are reliable, cheerful, can prioritize and work under pressure, and give it your all for excellence in patient care.

    Dental Receptionist Requirements:
    • Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is advantageous.
    • Proven experience working in a dental office is ideal, but not a pre-requisite. exceptional in maintaining a fully booked schedule, greeting and dismissal of patients, as well as maintaining a seamless flow in the administrative department.
    • Proficient with MS Office, MS Word and Excel.
    • Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
    • Excellent telephone etiquette.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
