Role Description
An entry-level multi-facet position is available for a motivated individual with experience in computer assembly, repair, troubleshooting, installation of Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Ethernet networking.
In addition to computer technician-related tasks, this position also involves important inside sales-related responsibilities such as providing customers pricing quotations, technical documentation, verbal and written technical support for computers, and a variety of industrial automation, networking, and communications-related hardware and software products.
Daily shipping and receiving processes will also be an important component of this position, some experience in this area will be an asset.
This multi-facet position requires a highly self-motivated individual, who can work well independently with mínimal supervision and also within a team environment.
A technical degree with a related skill set is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Preparing quotations and gathering technical documentation
- Computer assembly, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of Microsoft Windows
- Basic Ethernet Networking understanding
- Ability to work well in both a team environment and an individual environment
- Bachelor's degree and or Technical degree in a related field is preferred
Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
