WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Prioritize support tickets while maintaining a high level of customer service/communication for internal stakeholder
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of users in company systems
- Monitor and maintain networks and ITrelated equipment
- Work with helpdesk to ensure all incidents and requests are resolved in a timely manner.
- Prioritize support tickets while maintaining a high level of customer service/communication.
- Provide evaluation on new technology and recommendation for origination with IT Technology and process.
- Assist in other duties assigned by the Manager
- Provide 24×7 support for critical production systems as required.
- Support company users with phone systems, MS Office, Zoho ERP, network, Active Directory, Antivirus, etc.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- A completed Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a
- 1+ years experience in a similar role or capacity
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills and Time Management
- Ability to work well independently
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- High proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems is required
- Network and Firewall experience is required
- CISCO Meraki and CISCO Network Hardware experience is a definite asset
