Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility on the hours of work.
Requirements:
One year minimum experience with ICBC transactions and Policy Center, including batching experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow
Intermediate experience with Excel and Word
You enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment
You thrive in a team environment and work well with others.
A Day in the Life
Your primary responsibility would be batching fleet transactions in the ICBC Policy Center system
Review ICBC transaction documents for Quality Assurance protocols
Monitor and maintain ICBC inventory including forms and license plates
Assist with internal/external audits, as needed
Write correspondence and send documents to ICBC and clients (using company templates)
You'll scan and attach documentation, where applicable
You'll support and/or collaborate with our internal stakeholders
Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required
