    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.

    • Serve meals, beverages, and provide personalized customer service.

    • Respond promptly to passenger needs and handle emergencies effectively.

    • Manage passenger queries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.

    • Comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies at all times.

    • Collaborate with the flight crew for smooth in-flight operations.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations.

    • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

    • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

    • Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.

    Experience

    • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

    • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel are welcome.

    Working Hours

    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

    • Shifts depend on flight schedules; candidates should be willing to travel internationally and domestically.
