    Description

    As a Territory Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
    2. Sales Duties: Identify potential clients and engage them in company products or services that cater to their needs. Develop strategic action plans for these sales efforts, follow up on leads generated from the territory development process, maintain client relationships through effective communication and quality support services offered by the representative themselves as well as coordinating other team members when necessary - all while documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) pertinent for this position's evaluation purposes.
