We are currently seeking a
Risk Management Student within our
Risk Management Department to work in our
North American Headquarters district in
Edmonton, Alberta.

We are looking for a student available for
4 months or 8 months starting in May 2024.

The position will work closely with the Junior Corporate Risk Manager in providing support to the Risk Management Team through various administrative and organization projects.

This role will report to the NAHQ Corporate Risk Manager.

Responsibilities:

Assists the PCL Risk Managers in supporting our operating team's insurance needs.
Populates the risk management database.
Works with Client Services representatives within our internal brokerage
Researches, develops and implements online library for educational resources.
Supports on data analytics.

What you will bring to the role:

Preferably enrolled in and completed minimum one year of post-secondary in a Risk Management or insurance related degree/diploma program.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & PowerPoint).
Experience using databases.
Preferable working knowledge with data visualization software such as PowerBI.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills
