    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for seeking out new opportunities and being the main point of contact for our outside sales team and authorized distributors for the international market.

    The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads, making cold calls and helping to keep sales data up to date.

    Research, identify and qualify new sales opportunities and potential customers through cold calling, e-mail, telephone, Internet and other means;
    Document and maintain information on prospects, accounts, all related contacts and sales data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
    Support sales managers in building and maintaining relationships with end-user customers and distributors;
    Follow-up on leads from marketing and leads distributed to the authorized distributor network;
    Coordinate and support regional workshops, open days, training events, school group visits and sales meetings;
    Support trade shows;
    Actively participate in the process of continuous improvement of sales effectiveness; Liaise with headquarters and regional offices to identify best practices and support their implementation locally;
    Maintain a solid knowledge of robotics products and keep abreast of information on Kinova products and automation process solutions;
    Fulfill other mandates assigned by the Sales Manager.
    Training in engineering or in a field related to business and sales, or equivalent experience;
    ~0 to 5 years experience in sales, customer service, administration;
    ~ Ability to communicate effectively in French and English, both orally and in writing;
    ~ ASSETS
    Comfortable with computerized sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo/Apollo);
    Experience of working with international customers;
    Regular social and sporting events;
