Responsibilities + Duties

• Oversee and support both new and experienced Mortgage Agents in vetting, converting, underwriting, and closing deals.
• Strategically engage and convert exclusive leads using our advanced systems, automation, and proven sales processes.
• Foster an environment of growth, mentorship, motivation, and professionalism as a potential team leader and manager.
• Offer insights and feedback to management for continuous improvement of experiences and customer service.
• Maintain your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent/Broker designation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the mortgage industry, ideally demonstrating substantial funding volumes.
• Previous managerial experience in any professional setting.
• Possession of a Broker license is advantageous.
• Adaptability in leveraging technology for improved efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Experience in training and mentoring within a professional capacity.

Compensation

Salary:
$33,406.70-$172,051.90 per year

- mortgage: 3 years (required)

• Being a Mortgage Specialist at a Canadian commercial Bank: 3 years (preferred)
