We are currently looking for energetic, hard-working
Prep Crew to work Permanent Part-time our Weekend shift 23:00-07:00(Fri)19:00-07:00(Sat)19:00-03:00(Sun) at our Alliston facility.

Starting wage is
$28.00/hour plus applicable
$2.00/hour shift premium. We offer an Employee Stock Purchasing Plan, Defined contribution pension plan and medical/dental benefits on your first day

The following are dress/gowning requirements:
safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard

cover, gloves, isolation mask and boots (additional PPE required when cleaning)

Constant or intermittent exposure to elevated levels of noise

Involves working around equipment, machinery, and belts.


What will you be doing


Prep crew is responsible for coordinating and executing the cleaning and sanitization activities of Viaflex fill lines, Viaflex facility fill machines, pumps, pipework, filling parts, and change rooms.

Prep crew will ensure that all cleaning activities are performed as per standard operating procedures and work instructions and ensure that all cleaning activities are documented as per GMP/cGMP.

Responsible for preparation of cleaning solutions and maintaining all cleaning supplies and cleaning logs. Execute training associated with cleaning and sanitization of equipment and facility. Keep change room organized. Other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers. Perform batch change, set up and Operating multiup.

What You'll Bring
Successful completion of High School diploma or GED required (Proof will be requested)

Must pass ergonomic assessment to ensure ability to perform bonafide essential job duties

Experience doing repetitive tasks

Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment

Experience in food or manufacturing industry

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (experience working in an assembly line setting is

preferred)

Flexibility to weekends


Positive attitude, and an ability to work in a team setting with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.
