Your responsibilities and tasks:

As a Sourcing Specialist, to will be the front line of identifying and building relationships with others that will join us on our mission to Engineer for a Better World. As part of this process, we are hiring multiple Sourcing Specialists that can be based remotely (or hybrid - your preference) across Canada or the United States.

Your Role as a Sourcing SpecialistYou will partner with the business and Talent Acquisition Specialists to design effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent in a variety of functions to fill current and future job openings.


This will be done by:

  • Creating and managing proactive talent pool marketing campaigns to build relationships with people as they learn more about and consider joining GEA
  • Building virtual and facetoface solutions for identifying talent for hardtofill positions in blue and/or white collar positions at various locations across North America

Your profile and qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing or other related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or sourcing specialist role
  • Hands on experience with proven and creative sourcing techniques
  • Sourcing experience in a wide range of functional areas including for manufacturing or mechanical engineering industry, energy, oil & gas or EPCM industry
  • 2+ years managing interactive media campaigns for direct applicant response, employment branding, and performance analyses
  • Previous experience in enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday preferred
  • English language fluency is required and French is highly preferred
