Community Advantage Rehabilitation a division of Lifemark Health Group is seeking a
full-time for its Whitby location.

The
Client Services/Administrative Coordinator is responsible for fostering a strong relationship between Community Advantage Rehabilitation and its customers, including clients, staff, funders and referral sources.

This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating health care program activity with friendly, enthusiastic and professional service with all clients, team members and external customers.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls, provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
  • Coordinate and process referrals and client reports
  • Referral assignment and coordination with the referral source
  • Completion of tracking and data spreadsheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the the management team

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Projects
  • Software proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
