Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations.

Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.


Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the Resource Planner Co-op will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks for workforce planning.

This position involves working independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment, initiative and multi-tasking skills.

This is a 4-months Co-op opportunity with our Telecommunications team.


What You'll Do Here:


  • Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
  • Customer service: booking appointments/customer inquiries.
  • Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize document files.
  • Assists other staff in office duties as required.
  • Performs such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently.
