    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow professional to develop, configure, and support ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting GRC modules and workflows, along with strong expertise in general ServiceNow development and administration. ServiceNow Admin and/or Developer certification is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and implement GRC applications and modules in ServiceNow, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
    • Customize and configure GRC workflows, forms, dashboards, and notifications based on business requirements.
    • Integrate GRC applications with other modules and external tools (e.g., CMDB, ITSM, third-party risk platforms).
    • Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, client/server scripts, business rules, script includes, and data policies.

    Support & Maintenance

    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for GRC modules and associated integrations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve GRC-related incidents, problems, and service requests.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with business goals.
    • Ensure application and platform upgrades are tested and deployed with minimal disruption.

    Administration

    • Perform standard ServiceNow administration tasks such as user and group management, access control, module configuration, and platform monitoring.
    • Ensure system security and compliance with data privacy policies and audit standards.
    • Manage update sets and ensure code promotion processes follow best practices.
    • Work with the ServiceNow platform team to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

    Collaboration & Documentation

    • Collaborate with internal risk, compliance, audit, and IT teams to understand and implement GRC requirements.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
    • Provide knowledge transfer and training to support teams or end-users as needed.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC module implementation and support.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - mandatory.
    • GRC Implementation Specialist – preferred.
    • Strong scripting knowledge: JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations.
    • Understanding of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, etc.) is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    Nice To Have

    • Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
    • Exposure to ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) module.
    • Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
