_Your responsibilities will include_:

  • Managing the daily administrative and operations of the company,
  • Coordinating and managing administrative tasks, financial activities, office essentials,
  • Prepare quotes and send to client.
  • Providing support to the factory management by ordering supply and creating a purchase orders.
  • Project administration assistance
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Strong timemanagement and people skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
$22.43-$26.21 per hour
