A Snapshot of Your Day
The incumbent will be at the heart of the plant's day-to-day operations, participating in resource planning and process improvement. They will advise and participate in various quality mandates in collaboration with other departments. They will play a central role in the digitization of the Quality department's activities.

What will you do?

Coordinate the daily activities of a team of Quality Assurance Technicians
See to the digitalization of the department's activities
Ensure daily coordination of activities related to noncompliance
Plan and coordinate routine testing and type testing
Participate in working groups for the introduction of new parts or company projects
Review and maintain work procedures in collaboration with the test engineer
Coordinate inspection activities at reception

What will you need to succeed?

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing and unionized environment
Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrotechnics
Bilingual (French/English, spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills, team player
Ability to manage priorities well, rigorous and organized
Ability to lead several projects simultaneously and to demonstrate autonomy and initiative
Ability to use a problemsolving approach
Versatility, openness, resourcefulness and autonomy
General computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
Strong interest in digitalization
