Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible
for processing quotes and PO's for Highland Foundry and for building and maintaining a strong relationship with our long term partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
- Regularly contact customers who are behind average order entry.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Sharing internally customer feedback.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Education and Skill Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Ideally experience in the Metal Casting Industry and basic knowledge of metal casting principles.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to learn fast with a strong professional drive.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work in groups and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while paying strict attention to detail.
- Minimum High school diploma.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, rigorous and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
