John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC is seeking an
Accounting/Vehicle Clerk to join our team in St Catharines Leverage your career and join one of Ontario's most successful GM dealers.
Pay:
$33,000-$40,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payable
- Posting New and Used Car deals to accounting.
- Prepare bank funding.
- Payout Car Liens.
- Buy in Vehicles/ Stock vehicles in.
- GM Incentive claims/ payment schedules.
- Register extended warranties.
- Balance schedules at month end.
- Prepare month end reports.
- Stock in tradeins/ write service work orders.
- Filing work orders
- Taking cash receipts
- Balancing cash receipts for Service and Parts daily
- Bank deposits
Qualifications:
- Accounting experience (required)
- Administrative experience
- Familiarity with office related software and tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
