Customer Service Representative


Duties:


  • Conduct outbound calling to existing and potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
