Customer Service RepresentativeDuties:
- Conduct outbound calling to existing and potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
