_Patient Experience Representative _The Patient Experience Representative (PER) is an integral role in our clinics that helps each location in its' day-to-day activities. It is a part-time role that is a mix of administrative duties, therapist support and, most importantly, crafting exceptional patient experiences.
As a PER, you are an individual that connects with patients, communicates effectively, and excels in a team environment.
You have a high-level of enthusiasm, a passion for getting things done, and a genuine desire to take care of people.
This role is essential to deliver a lasting impression with each one of our patients and you're committed to providing the best experience with every visit.
The Bridge is a group of clinics filled by physiotherapists, chiropractors, athletic therapists, massage therapists, exercise therapists, and support staff who work together to provide the physical rehabilitation and training services satisfying each patient specific needs.
We are here to help guide patients to a healthy, active and injury free lifestyle, creating the best version of themselves and enabling them to live how they want to.
This goal challenges us to push boundaries and set new standards in the world of healthcare, developing preventative treatment and maintenance as the first step to a healthy and active lifestyle.
The responsibilities of a PER are as follows:
- Providing every patient entering the clinic with a genuine welcome, smile, or kind acknowledgment.
- Touch base with each new patient before, during, and after their session.
- New patient clinic orientation, completion of Patient Registration documents & insurance/direct billing portals and set up on our text message system.
- Schedule and appointment management.
- Upholding our clinic standards by adhering to opening, midday and closing procedures.
- Ensuring a clean/sanitized space and general upkeep of the clinic & equipment
- Replenishing supplies and inventory.
- Ensuring the clinic is patient ready
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Processing all claims using Jane patient scheduling software
- Invoice management
- Followup outreach for new and existing patients
- Complete internal administrative paperwork
- Field phone calls to clinic
- Working with therapists to optimize their schedules to ensure sufficient lead distribution, appropriate scheduling.
- Working with therapists to optimize their working space and preferences
- Helping with therapist workflow
- Setting up patients on modalities
- Instruct patients with the process of treatment/exercise
Who you are:
- 1+ years of experience working in customer service and hospitality industry
- A resourceful, adaptable individual that thrives in a fastpaced environment and working in collaboration with teams
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Hands on experience working with various administrative softwares
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Hours of Operation:
- Monday
- Friday: 6:30 am 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 1:00 pm
Job Types:

Salary:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour
